The Physician's Call
Ten minutes. The ethics in this one are settled before you pick up the phone. What the exercise tests is whether you can still say so on the third attempt.
The situation
A sex therapist receives a call from a client's physician asking for information about the client's treatment. The physician indicates the client has consented to the communication, but the therapist has no written consent on file and the client has not been seen in three months.
The call is live. Each response commits.

Dr. Rahim
Hi, it’s Dr. Rahim, I’m Amara’s family physician. She mentioned she’s been seeing you, and she told me it’s fine for the two of us to talk. I just want to get a sense of where things are at for her.
What do you say?
