Treatment Planning and Interventions · Orgasm and Ejaculation
What Is Maintaining It
Six presentations across orgasm and ejaculation, then two questions about scope. The symptom is the same in several of them and the mechanism is not, which is what selects the intervention.
What this exercise practises
Separating lifelong from acquired and generalised from situational, because that distinction predicts the intervention far more reliably than the symptom label does.
Three of the six are situational anorgasmia or its ejaculatory equivalent, and all three have different maintaining factors. Read the conditions under which the response does work.

Where do you start?
An AFAB client, 29, has never experienced orgasm under any condition. Not with a partner, not alone, not with a vibrator. She has not tried solo stimulation beyond a few brief attempts in her teens.
